Unit 5 is a retro-modern split level with a bright, modern, and airy interior. The downstairs great room is open with 9-foot ceilings and is the perfect gathering place with everything you need - 1/2 bath, a fully stocked kitchen, a kitchen island with a raised breakfast bar and 5 barstools, a dining table that seats 6 - 8, and a living room with a Vermont Castings natural gas fireplace that cheers up the room on cool nights. You'll enjoy a wall of windows that looks out onto a large lawn with french doors that open up to a covered patio complete with a table, chairs, and a large BBQ grill. Parents can relax on the shaded patio while kids can run and play in the small creek and on the grassy field. A laundry closet with a stackable washer/dryer is there for your convenience.
